If like me you miss your fix or don't want to miss any big races, take the family to Puerto de Alcudia, Mallorca. Plonk the family by the hotel pool and search out The Sportsman for beer, every UK and Ire race and they'll even take your bets too if your that way inclined. Sad, yes but i know i'm not the only one Wink

Laughing The bets are layed at show or SP, then backed on Betfair at bigger prices for a nice little earner. If they start a trading bar we would be in all kinds of trouble once the San Miguel kicked in Martin Laughing

Seriously though it's good to take a week out, relax, sit and watch for a change.

I brought a little San Miguel home, well actually more than a little at 85p a litre, just incase i needed some more practise Very Happy

In my younger days when I used to "do" the Greek Islands, hiring a moped to go up and down those hilly Island dirt tracks was a real gamble Smile
